Welcome to LingoBoss ("the App"), a voice translation application developed by LBLOGIC SOLUTIONS OPC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

LingoBoss is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide translation services.

The spoken text captured from your voice and its translation are processed temporarily to provide the translation result. This data is not stored on our servers and is not linked to your identity.

c) Language Preferences

Your recently used language selections are saved locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

d) Usage Data

We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, crash reports, or any behavioral data about how you use the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information processed by LingoBoss is used solely for:

• Converting your voice input to text for translation
• Translating text from one language to another using Google's Gemini AI
• Converting translated text back to voice output using Google Cloud Text-to-Speech
• Remembering your recently used languages on your device

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the translation service.

4. Third-Party Services

LingoBoss uses the following third-party services to provide translation functionality:

a) Google Gemini API

We use Google's Gemini AI to translate text between languages. Text sent for translation is processed by Google according to their privacy policy. Please review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

b) Google Cloud Text-to-Speech

We use Google Cloud Text-to-Speech to convert translated text into audio output. Text sent for speech synthesis is processed by Google according to their privacy policy.

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Microphone Permission

LingoBoss requires access to your device's microphone to function. Here is exactly how we use it:

• Microphone is accessed only when you tap the microphone button
• Audio is captured, converted to text, and immediately discarded
• We do not record, store, or transmit raw audio files
• Microphone is never accessed in the background

6. Data Storage and Security

LingoBoss does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal data on our servers. The only data stored is your language preferences, which are saved locally on your device and can be cleared by clearing your app data.

All communication between the App and our translation servers is encrypted using HTTPS (SSL/TLS).

7. Children's Privacy

LingoBoss is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, the App is safe for use by children under parental supervision.

8. Your Rights

Since LingoBoss does not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. Your language preferences stored locally on your device can be cleared at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of LingoBoss after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
